Dividend Information 
The policy of the Company is to pay dividends on a quarterly basis on Class A Shares.  It is anticipated that Dividends will be "eligible dividends" and thus qualify under the Tax Act for an enhanced gross up and dividend tax credit regime for certain holders of Class A Shares; however, no assurance can be given that Dividends will be declared and paid or that all Dividends will be designated as eligible dividends.
